Just thinking again . . . if it aint thick enough to fill the pocket . . .

Also because the new comforters can be X-pensive,
look around for a clean used one.
For the foot end once you sew and cut it,
you can get sticky no-sew Velcro to use on it around the edges.

I have a few poncho liners and was intending to do this for my NX-250, but never got around to it. I think it is a good idea for car camping, because it will be too bulky to pack. The down pillows idea is great and I think would work very, very well. I am a cold sleeper, so the poncho liner would not be good for winter use. (for me)
