What are some good forums that don't focus specifically on hammocking. Backpacking/bushcraft etc., for eg. or anything else that could be considered useful for hammocking?

Pretty general question, cause I'm hoping for a general spread of responses. Thanks.

I see you're an Aussie. It's not restricted to Aussies but certainly is more relevant to us- http://bushcraftoz.com/forums/forum.php

Bushcraftusa.com is a very well moderated and friendly forum. They offer free online bushcraft classes and the members range from car campers to 'naked in the woods' types! I find the level of knowledge and instruction to be excellent. You will likely find a number of members from here over there as well.

They don't have zombie/TEOTWAWKI discussions. If that is your goal you are likely better off looking elsewhere. From what I see prepping talk is limited to natural disaster scenarios.

It is well worth checking out. Hopefully we'll see ya there.

They will show up as soon as a mod sets it up. You'll have a lot of catching up reading to do now!
