The "health benefits" look like complete bunk to me. All the same, it does look comfortable and bears a lot of similarity to hammocks

Buy two for you and a hiking partner. Add a rubber around the edges and rig them as a two wheel gear cart. One of you pulls it and your partner slows it on the down hills. Then at night you each get a huge round hammock!
