Dutch ... Dutch ... true livermush is closer to quality scrapple than you might know ... seems someone must have fed you liverpudding ... and they should have been shot for doing that!

I lived in Mifflinburg, Pa (or as the family refers to it ... held POW) for 12 yrs. And we ate good local scrapple ... and loved it.

Never had livermush, but it's hard to believe that it could compare to the awesomeness that is scrapple!
Oh, and while in college for forestry, we were at a demonstration once where they spread sewage plant "stuff" that was supposedly processed enough to get rid of all the nasties that are normally associated with human waste! Apparently, it's becoming popular, and is really good for the trees! Go figure.

I haven't asked ZQ yet...(I know...possibly a dumb move ) but I bet I can talk her into making whoopie pies to bring along for our visitors. We're taking our small car and space may dictate otherwise, but I'll offer to hold them in my lap as I drive!!

I'm going to admit being somewhat befuddled here. I just don't understand what you mean when using the words "quality" and "scrapple" in the same sentence. "That don't make no sense!" - Pete, O Brother, Where Art Thou?

Thought I'd better make mention of this, just to be there are no misunderstandings
2Q & ZQ have one small site reserved for the the two of them, so I'm guessing those that might be able to get out to the park will be going to spend time visiting through the day. If anyone was wanting to "overnight", you would just need to reserve another site.
From what I've gathered, Sat & Sun will be the best times. I don't know if they will be staying through Mon (Memorial Day) or not.

Might be good to give them an idea of when you might be coming (as the time gets closer) so they can go out & walk a few of the trails, or whatever, w/o being concerned about missing any visitors.
I too will something make and joy in it's making

I would like to go sit on that rock outcrop if possible!! Is there a trail that takes one there?
