It looks like the Maxima ESD fabric that Scott at DIY Gear Supply sells. I haven't tried it only because of the weight. I like the 75" width of the Magna High Tech Poly.
All the research I've done says it's used in hospital environments - lab coats, surgical gowns, etc. Supposed to be very tough and can withstand being washed a lot. It would make an awesome hammock or sock even with the weight or for those bigger people looking for strength in a single layer.
