It was just about a year ago that the tutorial came out and I am amazed at what has transpired in that time. The techniques and improvements on the constrictor idea for use in our "little hobby" have been incredible, thanks in no small part to Opie and his jump in there and try it style. I have purchase multiple items from him without hesitation and am looking forward to the same with SmokeBait at the helm.
Best wishes to both of you and thanks for all you have done and will do for the craft.

I have to admit when I first started reading the HF I thought that "whoopie sling" was just a euphemism for...well, something else.
Good luck with the new store!

Happy to know you.
I “met” Smokebait on our indoor stand thread, never knowing that he’s the proud new owner of whoopieslings.com until tonight. Now that I know, I got my All In One for my HH from him ordered. I really like that he’s a kind spirit online, and a gentleman. Thanks, Smoke. Perhaps will get to some sort of Southern Illinois or Northern MO hang and meet you someday. Glad to support your business.
P.S. The “whoopiesling” name is pure “gold” for online sales. Looking forward to seeing what you can branch out and sell in 2011—the sky is the limit for camping gear based on, and associated with, the namesake sling.

Quick shout-out to Smokebait - from right down the river from you in Jeff City... I'm just getting started here, but I think I'll be ordering me some "whoopie" soon!
Starting out with an ENO single possibly - I'm a "heavy hanger", so I think I'll need to go with your system and some Poly-straps.
Best of luck!
