WBBB 1.7 DL just arrived!
Woohoo! My WBBB 1.7 DL just arrived and I can't wait to get it setup and some good hanging in!
I've had the SuperFly on order a few days now so since it was listed backorder when placed, I suspect around May to arrive.
Now to figure out what else I'll need and forgotten. Or want to change out.
Think I'll need some stakes for the tarp. The WBBB is the adjustable webbing so I don't think I need woopie slings. Will keep that a sidenote for possible change out. Hrm, tree straps? Since I haven't pulled out the hammock yet, I might need those. Carabiners? Got a pad and Big Agnes sleeping back to use for overquilt. Hrm, any veteran tips on stuff I am totally forgetting and need/don't need...as I am feeling my noobness all of a sudden?
Geesh head spins when I really get to thinking about it. I've read so much, then got sidetracked before starting to order my stuff up...now I'm definitely feeling my noobness of hanging coming on. Ah well, it's the adventure of it...plus I have some time to get it all together.
you are gonna like it.
there is a ton of stuff here on HF.
go with fits you best. that will take some hang time.
if you can get a place in your yard, shed or basement where you can get in some practice, you'll have her dialed in before you know it.
