Thanks everyone, I just wanted to make sure before I started spliceing.
So their are several reasons why I attach a loop/chain link to my WBBB instead of just attaching my Woopie directly to it
1. The loop acts as a drip strip.
2. I use dutch biners to attach my woopies to the loop which allows for easy attachment and detachment of the woopie sling.
3. I remember reading somewhere on here that it was not good for the WBBB material to larks head a dynaglide woopie directly to the fabric because people were in fear of the thin cord wearing or cutting through the hammock over time.
4. And lastly this is the way dutch showed me and I really like it so I kinda just stuck with it. Thanks Dutch. But I'm always open to new ideas.
Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.
Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.
