Description by larrybourgeois
Well my little test turned out just fine, though it helped that I only weigh about 140-145 pounds, soaking wet. This ingenious little piece of metal made hanging my Hennessy as easy as pie. No need for knots of any kind. The cam did indeed jam on the standard hennessy hanging ropes and adjusted easily with a flick of a thumb to loosen it again. Love this new set up, which will now stay together after easily passing the over nighter test this past week end. lb

Re: Test time again...
Wow, almost 400 views and not a single comment on this setup. Hmmm, does that mean everyone has tried this out already or is it just that it didn't inspire anyone to type a few words about it in here, or what? Happy hang'n. :{ lb -

Re: Test time again...
How did this work out for you over time?-4 years? I just noticed the date and you may want to start a thread to get more responses if this is still in use. I would have concerns about the load limit of the "NiteIze cam/ caribener". Most suspension's are recommended to have at least 5/1 safety factor- this suspension does not even give you 2/1- scarry but HYOH as the crow flies.
