It ain't pretty, but I did it. I sewed one up for my Dad too. After not having used a sewing machine in quite a few years, my skills need a little brushing up, but it will do for now. Now that I've got it down, I can improve.

I sewed this loop in the end of my polypro webbing and the stuff covering it is some liquid stitch I put on just in case for a little more weather protection because I think the thread I used was not poly. Hopefully, that will hold off some of the long term destruction of it. -
