Hello eagleJ,I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing some information on your Carbon Fiber Spreader Bars for your Ridgerunner hammock (very nice by the way). I just purchased a ridgerunner and want to replace the stock spreader bars with some DIY Carbon Fiber Spreader Bars to reduce the weight. Any info you may be willing to share would be appreciated. I found some 0.625" OD 0.515" ID pultruded carbon fiber tubes, but the manufacture has some concerns over using the thin walled aluminum external ferrules.Thanks
