That would be a large pita, instead of regular sauce I use pesto sauce, cheese blend of shredded mozza, provalone and white cheddar..and for the meat I use summer sausage from the local farmers market.. tent the foil around the top to prevent cheese from sticking and place on the coals once the fire burns down for a few minutes to crisp up the pita and melt the toppings... enjoy!!!
