Quite a variety! I have recently purchased a Soto Windmaster for the simmer control - very good valve/gas control system, easy to dial in a low flame for actual cooking, and, if you crank it up, it's a beast. Soto not the most popular here in SoCal. (around here jetboil is popular but they don't simmer well in my tests) .
