Sierra Designs DriCanvas pants. Men’s size 38 x 32, color is “stone”. New, never used, still with tags. Very nice pants. I tried them on once and liked the fit of my old REI’s better. Immaculate new condition.

Six Moon Designs used to say 37" plus. I have used it when I was a 36" waist, a 42" waist and now at 38", still fits great. My guess would be 36" to 46".
