I have a double nest eno and a twisted cloudburst rainfly. What is the best height to hang the rainfly in proximation to the hammock? If anyone has any feedback/links to other posts/diagrams they would like to share, it would be greatly appreciated.

For me it depends on the weather.
If it's a nice warm summer night with no rain in sight, I hang my tarp at least 2 foot off my hammock ridge line and use poles/sticks to hold the ends up so I can get the breeze.
If it's going to be cold, windy, or wet I hang the tarp just above my ridge line and stake it down to the ground.

Looks alot like my Yukon Walkabout. "Cloudburst" may be a bit misleading. I wouldn't want to use that tarp if i were expecting foul weather, but for light rains and fair weather it's fine. Good luck!
Here's an alternative way to rig a ridgeline if you're interested in tinkering. I prefer a variant of this basic method, personally, but of course YMMV.
