Each stand only has to support 1/2 your weight as the side-side / lateral forces are held by the center pipe. So, 160lbs should still be just fine w/ 2x2's. The three 2x2's in a pyramid structure are very strong.
My brother uses mine and used it full time for about 2 months. He is a tad over your weight Mine is from 2x2's

Also depend on how wide you splay the legs. Very upright, it will hold a lot more weight than when splayed wide, but will be less stable.
Mine are 3x2", overkill I guess, but it's what I had lying about. But it does a good job tandem hanging, and I have no qualms about using it for multiple top bars (wacky config group hangs).
