PaulW is correct about Arrowhead. They have full length synthetic quilts for under 200.00
You could also look at JRB Old Rag Mountain which can be used as either a top or bottom quilt. I use it for my cold weather UQ. It is about 40.00 over your 200.00 and it is down which is nice if you are hiking with it.
