Just wondering has anybody tried sewing a profiled piece of material directly to a hammock, stitched in such a way that it would have pockets down and across the hammock, exactly where you need them for insulation.
This would enable insulation to be slipped in or left out depending on conditions. I thought too I could make separate sleeves filled with down, that could be slipped into the baffle or pocket. I realise the pocket would have to perhaps have to stop the compression in some way. An aspect to this would be that the down sleeves would be of varying length. It could create lots of options though.
