No Ironfish45 it is not, all items were claimed by joshteopath on the 4th and I am still awaiting funds from him or further communication for that matter. It's looking like he fell through so if I don't have funds from him by Monday I'll take it that he fell off for whatever reason. At that point all items will be available for folks again starting w/ those that have already inquired above and in PM. I will post in here Monday stating that if that ends up being the case.

Thank You. This sort of situation has happened in the past. I think the wait time for a failed deal was totally left to the Seller.

Below is from the guidelines. If you are waiting beyond 48 hrs, that is totally up to the seller.

12. Once an "I'll take it" has been posted, the buyer has 48 hours to submit payment to the seller. If funds aren't received in that time, the seller may take the next offer for purchase.

Unfortunately, I have had to withdraw my offer for this collection of gear. I just notified Madman. Apologies for the premature "I'll take it." Unforeseen financial logistics complicated that intention. I hope I didn't create too much of an inconvenience for anyone.

Please keep in mind the first "I'll take it" posted in this thread claims the item. But, so far I don't see one.

11. "I'll take it" is the only acceptable term for getting the first chance to purchase an item. Terms like "I'll take it pending PM", or "I'll take it, but with questions" do not reserve you the first right of refusal.
